- Listed prices are not subject to Japanese consumption tax (services supplied to overseas businesses). Where local VAT / GST or similar taxes apply, they may be charged in addition to Fees (including via reverse charge where you provide a valid tax registration / VAT ID). There is no setup or initial fee. Any foreign-currency or cross-border fees charged by your card issuer are your responsibility.
- Exchange / return / refund policy
Ordinary cancellation. You may cancel a self-serve subscription at any time via Contact, or through any self-serve cancellation method we enable. Cancellation stops future renewals only; you retain access through the end of the then-current paid term. There is no mid-term prorated refund. Paid Fees are charged only if you convert from the trial. After paid billing begins, Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable for unused entitlements in the then-current term, except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by law. There is no post-purchase money-back period beyond the trial.
Defects / service issues. We will refund prepaid unused Fees when the SaaS Terms or DPA expressly require a refund (for example: uncured material breach; the limited paid-service warranty after we cannot reasonably correct; certain intellectual-property remedies; force majeure lasting more than 60 days; timely objection to a material adverse change; or an unresolved Subprocessor objection). We may refund or credit a confirmed duplicate or erroneous charge. Third-Party Service interruptions do not by themselves create a refund. Full detail: Refund & Cancellation.

- When you start a trial or complete paid checkout, your tenant is provisioned automatically and we send the first administrator invitation email (typically immediately).

- A 14-day free trial begins when you start a trial. The first charge occurs only if you convert to a paid subscription after the trial, as described at checkout or on Pricing. If you do not convert, you will not be charged. After a paid subscription begins, it auto-renews monthly or annually according to the plan selected until you cancel. Annual prepaid billing is available.

- Starter: $749/month or $7,190/year. Growth: $1,499/month or $14,390/year. Pro: quote-based (annual); taxes and fees as agreed in the quote. All self-serve list prices are in USD. - 表示価格に日本の消費税は課されません（国外事業者向け役務提供のため）。現地の VAT / GST 等が適用される場合は別途加算されます（有効な税登録番号／VAT ID の入力によるリバースチャージ等を含む）。初期費用・セットアップ費用はありません。カード発行会社が課す外貨換算手数料・海外事務手数料等はお客様の負担となります。
- 交換・返品ポリシー
通常時。 セルフサーブ購読はいつでも解約できます（Contact、または当社が有効にするセルフサーブ解約手段）。解約により以降の自動更新のみ停止し、支払済の当該契約期間の末日まで利用できます。期間途中の按分返金はありません。有料の Fees は、トライアルから有料購読へ転換した場合にのみ発生します。有料課金開始後、当該契約期間の未使用分について、原則としてキャンセル・返金はできません（Refund & Cancellation Policy または法令で認められる場合を除く）。トライアル以外の購入後クーリングオフ／マネーバック期間はありません。
不具合・サービス上の問題。 SaaS Terms または DPA が明示的に返金を定める場合に、前払い未使用 Fees を返金します（例：是正されない重大な契約違反、合理的に是正できない有料サービスの限定保証、一定の知財救済、60日を超える不可抗力、重大な不利益変更への適時の異議、解消されない Subprocessor 異議）。当社が確認した二重課金・誤請求は、返金またはクレジットとします。第三者サービスの障害だけでは返金事由になりません。詳細は Refund & Cancellation を参照してください。

- トライアル開始時または有料チェックアウト完了時に、テナントを自動で払い出し、管理者招待メールを送付します（通常は即時）。

- 14 日間の無料トライアルは、トライアル開始時に始まります。初回課金は、トライアル後に有料購読へ転換した場合にのみ行われます（チェックアウトまたは Pricing の案内に従います）。転換しなければ課金されません。有料購読開始後は、解約するまで、選択したプランに従い毎月または毎年自動更新されます。年一括払いも選択できます。
